On March 28, 2002, CIA and FBI agents, in conjunction with Pakistani intelligence services, raided several safe houses in Pakistan searching for him.
Abu Zubaydah was apprehended from one of the targeted safe houses in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
During his apprehension he was shot in the thigh, the testicle, and the stomach with rounds from an AK-47 assault rifle.
He was not recognised at first, and simply thrown into a pick-up truck along with other prisoners by the Pakistani forces, until a senior FBI agent identified him as Abu Zubaydah.
His pocket litter supposedly contained two bank cards which showed he had access to Saudi and Kuwaiti bank accounts, which was considered rare since most al-Qaeda members used the preferred untraceable hawala banking.
According to James Risen, "It is not clear whether an investigation of the cards simply fell through the cracks, or whether they were ignored because no one wanted to know the answers about connections between al Qaeda and important figures in the Middle East -- particularly in Saudi Arabia."
One of Risen's sources chalks up the failure to investigate the cards to incompetence rather than foul play:
"The cards were sent back to Washington and were never fully exploited. I think nobody ever looked at them because of incompetence."
When American investigators finally did get around to looking into the cards, they worked with "a Muslim financier with a questionable past, and with connections to the Afghan Taliban, al Qaeda, and Saudi intelligence."
He reported back that "Saudi intelligence officials had seized all of the records related to the card from the Saudi financial institution in question; the records then disappeared. There was no longer any way to trace the money that had gone into the account.
U.S. government accounts of Abu Zubaydah's importance
After Abu Zubaydah's capture, officials from the U.S. Government spoke out publicly about Abu Zubaydah's supposed role in al-Qaeda. However, as would later be reported in 2009, the U.S. Government's depiction of Abu Zubaydah was overly inflated and he was, as Justice Department Officials stated, "[t]he above ground support... To make him the mastermind of anything is ridiculous", a "personnel clerk", a "logistics chief", and a "travel agent."
In fact, the CIA reportedly told Abu Zubaydah during his interrogation that they discovered he was not an al-Qaeda fighter, partner, or even a member.
The allegations included:
Abu Zubaydah was "sinister" and "[t]here is evidence that he is a planner and a manager as well. I think he’s a major player.” - Former State Department director of counter-terrorism, Michael Sheehan.
Abu Zubaydah was “extremely dangerous” and a planner of 9/11. - John B. Bellinger III in a June 2007 briefing on Guantanamo Bay.
Abu Zubaydah was a trainer, a recruiter, understood bomb-making, was a forger, a logistician, and someone who made things happen, and made “al-Qaeda function.” - Former CIA station chief, Bob Grenier.
“I don’t think there’s any doubt but a man named Abu Zubaydah is a close associate of UBL’s, and if not the number two, very close to the number two person in the organization. I think that’s well established.” -Donald Rumsfeld.
Abu Zubaydah was “a very senior al Qaeda official who has been intimately involved in a range of activities for the al Qaeda.” - Donald Rumsfeld.
Abu Zubaydah was a “very senior al Qaeda operative.” - Donald Rumsfeld.
Abu Zubaydah was a “key terrorist recruiter and operational planner and member of Osama bin Laden’s inner circle.” - White House spokesman Ari Fleischer.
The capture of Abu Zubaydah was a “very serious blow” to al-Qaeda and that one of al-Qaeda's “many tentacles" was "cut off.” - White House spokesman Ari Fleischer.
Abu Zubaydah was “one of the top operatives plotting and planning death and destruction on the United States.” - Former President George W. Bush.
Abu Zubaydah was “one of al-Qaeda’s top leaders” who was “spending a lot of time as one of the top operating officials of al Qaeda, plotting and planning murder.” - Former President George W. Bush.
Abu Zubaydah was “al Qaeda’s chief of operations.” - President George W. Bush.
“Abu Zubaydah was one of the top three leaders” in al-Qaeda. - President George W. Bush.
Abu Zubaydah’s interrogation “led to reliable information”, that Abu Zubaydah was a “prolific producer” of information, and that roughly 25 percent of the information on al Qaeda that came from human sources originated from Abu Zubaydah. - Michael Hayden.
Abu Zubaydah was one of three individuals “best positioned to know about impending terrorist atrocities.” - Michael Hayden.
Abu Zubaydah is someone who was “carefully trained in techniques of disinformation.” - Richard C. Shelby.
Nancy Pelosi, the senior Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee would describe Abu Zubaydah as being “very skilled at avoiding interrogation. He is an agent of disinformation.”
Numerous anonymous U.S. officials have also made allegations against Abu Zubaydah in the press, including:
“One Abu Zubaydah is worth a ton of guys at Gitmo.”
He was a “senior bin Laden official” and the “former head of Egypt-based Islamic Jihad.”
He “played a key role in the East Africa embassy attacks.”
He was listed as a “trusted aide” to bin Laden with “growing power.”
Western officials believed al-Qaeda may have been under the control of Abu Zubaydah.
Abu Zubaydah was an aide of bin Laden who ran training camps in Afghanistan and “coordinated terror cells in Europe and North America.”
Abu Zubaydah was a “key terrorist recruiter, operational planner, and member of Osama Bin Laden’s inner circle.”
Abu Zubaydah was “bin Laden’s CEO”, “a central figure in Al Qaeda”, and a “bin Laden lieutenant.”
Abu Zubaydah is Bin Laden’s “travel planner.”
Abu Zubaydah is one of bin Laden’s “confidants.”
Abu Zubaydah is “one of a handful of men entrusted with running the terrorism network in the event of Osama bin Laden’s death or capture.”
Abu Zubaydah was a senior bin Laden lieutenant who was believed “to be organizing al Qaida resources to carry out attacks on American targets.”
Abu Zubaydah was the fourth ranking member of al Qaida behind Bin Laden, Ayman al-Zawahiri, and Muhamed Atef.
Abu Zubaydah was the “successor as chief of operations for al Qaida” after Muhamed Atef’s death.
Abu Zubaydah knows the identities of “thousands” of terrorists that passed through al Qaida training camps in Afghanistan.
Abu Zubaydah briefed Richard Reid, the shoe-bomber.
Abu Zubaydah was one of bin Laden’s top planners of terrorist operations who knew of al Qaida plots and cells.
Abu Zubaydah stated al-Qaeda knew how to smuggle a dirty-bomb into the United States.
Abu Zubaydah’s information was further proof al-Qaeda was attempting to acquire weapons of mass destruction.
Abu Zubaydah is the “connection between bin Laden and many of al-Qaida’s operational cells."
Abu Zubaydah is linked to plots to detonate apartment buildings.
Abu Zubaydah confirmed the fourth September 11 flight, UA 93, was intended to hit the White House.
(His claim is contradicted by Khalid Sheikh Mohamed and Ramzi Bin al Shibh though, who stated UA 93 was on its way to the capitol, not the White House.)
Osama bin Laden wrote a handwritten note to Abu Zubaydah in December 2001.
The letter allegedly tells Abu Zubaydah to continue fighting the United States if bin Laden passes away.
Bloke down the pub told me in strict confidence, that Abu Zubaydah was the link between Al Q and Jonathan Evans getting his job at Mi5 ...
But keep that under your hat as it's erm, secret ....
Zubaydah is alleged to have briefed Richard Reid.
I'd have paid to be a fly on the wall at that "briefing" ....
Not bad going for a chap who has to write down his thoughts, just to remember who he is ...
And that was before he went to Guantanamo ...
Despite all of these allegations the U.S. Government has not officially charged Abu Zubaydah with any crimes.
Abu Zubaydah is the most senior member of the al-Qaeda network to fall into US hands so far.
He receives young men from all countries. He accepts you or rejects you
White House spokesman Ari Fleischer described him as a "key terrorist recruiter and operational planner and member of Osama Bin Laden's inner circle".
His central position makes him a potential mine of vital information about the names and locations of al-Qaeda members as well as any future attacks.
He ranked third on the US list of al-Qaeda suspects they wished to capture, after Osama Bin Laden and his deputy, Ayman al-Zawahri, but was not on the FBI most wanted list. No charges have been brought against him in the US.
The 30-year-old Palestinian, born in Saudi Arabia, is also known as Zayn al-Abidin Muhammad Husain and Abd Al-Hadi Al-Wahab.
Zubaydah is alleged to have briefed Richard Reid
He has strong connections with Jordanian and Palestinian groups and was sentenced to death in absentia by a Jordanian court for his role in a thwarted plot to bomb hotels there during millennium celebrations.
During the 1990s he was al-Qaeda's chief recruiter, selecting new members and arranging their visits to training camps.
"He receives young men from all countries. He accepts you or rejects you. And he takes care of the expenses of the camps," said Ahmed Ressam, an Algerian witness, during the trial of a man accused of the "millennium plot" at Los Angeles International airport.
US officials allege that Abu Zubaydah was behind that attack.
Master of disguise
Since the death of the al-Qaeda commander of military operations, Muhammad Atef, in a bomb attack in Afghanistan, he moved up the organisation's hierarchy.
He is alleged to have been heading the reorganisation of al-Qaeda in Pakistan, as well as planning new attacks on US interests.
He has alleged connections to a plan to blow up the US Embassy in Sarajevo, as well as a planned attack on the American embassy in Paris.
He is also thought to have briefed Richard Reid, the so-called shoe bomber arrested on board a flight from Paris to Miami in December last year.
Abu Zubaydah was an elusive suspect. Few photographs of him were in existence, he has used at least 37 aliases and is considered a master of disguise.
Officials say he is believed to have recently changed his hairstyle and gained weight to avoid identification.

Radicalised police extremism on an unimaginable scale ™
250 police officers and a few in NCB suits, along with some trigger happy CO19 chaps, raided the home of Muslim brothers, Abul Kahar Kalam and Abul Koyair Kalam in Lansdown Road, Forest Gate, London after "intelligence", reportedly from Dame Eliza & Jonathan Evans & Co at Mi5, suggested the brothers were in posession of terrorist materials and possibly chemical / biological weapons.
During the raid Abul Kahar Kalam was shot by police. He survived.
Nothing was found. The brothers were eventually freed and were not charged with anything.
On the same day that the IPCC revealed their "report" into the Forest Gate raid, it was revealed that Abdul Kahar had been arrested again on allegations of child pornography on his PC.
No charges were brought in that matter either.
Needless to say no cops were disciplined. Again.
There's some "choice people" in our police service ....clearly.
I guess while they're not "polishing their weapons", they're all grown up enough and sufficiently mature enough to realise that they too are just pawns on some cabalistic chessboard.
And I guess some are perfectly happy knowing that ...
Yard told MI5 of terror tip doubt
· Police were ordered to make Forest Gate raid
· Official Menezes report 'piles pressure on Met chief'
Jamie Doward, Mark Townsend and Antony Barnett
The Observer, Sunday 11 June 2006
Scotland Yard warned MI5 it had serious reservations about the credibility of the source whose information triggered the Forest Gate anti-terrorism raid only hours before police stormed the suspects' house in east London.
Whitehall sources told The Observer last night the reservations were passed up the chain of command to senior officials in the office of Sir Richard Mottram, the government's security and intelligence co-ordinator, but despite the concerns the police were ordered to go in.
'It wasn't the fact that the information was based on a single source, it was more that the police doubted the credibility of that source,' said a Whitehall official. 'The intelligence was doubtful. On the Thursday night [hours before the raid] there were contradictions about how strong the intelligence was.
'There came a point when officials in the Cabinet Office were made aware that the police believed they were being placed in difficulty because of the quality of this intelligence.'
The revelation comes as the News of the World today publishes details of a leaked copy of the Independent Police Complaints Commission report into the tragic shooting of the innocent Brazilian Jean Charles de Menezes at Stockwell station, south London, last July in the wake of the London tube and bus bombings.
The newspaper claims the report reveals how senior officers knew de Menezes was not a suicide bomber just hours after he was killed. But they failed to tell the Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Ian Blair until the following day.
The leaked report details a catalogue of police blunders, including failing to pass on alerts from the undercover team that they were tailing an innocent man. It also suggests that there was a delay of five hours in deploying a specialist firearms unit that could have taken de Menezes alive.
The publication of the IPPC report will put further pressure on the beleaguered commissioner, who is already facing new questions following this month's raid and shooting in east London .
Last night Gareth Peirce, the lawyer acting for the family of the two brothers seized in Forest Gate, said they would be launching legal action for damages against Sir Ian. 'But it will not be enough; the emotional damage will be enormous,' Peirce said. 'In similar cases, some individuals never recover from an incident like this.'
She said the officers failed to give a warning during the raid and did not identify themselves as police. 'The family thought they were armed robbers wearing helmets with their visors pulled down,' Peirce said.
'Nobody identified themselves as police as they stormed in wearing terrifying black hoods and started bashing them over the head. They only realised they were officers when they saw the word police on their backs.'
Yesterday the family were in temporary accommodation because the police had gutted their house in their search for evidence. 'The family are going to be stunned when they see their house,' a source said. 'The walls have been knocked down, the doors taken out. It's a complete mess.' The Metropolitan Police have pledged to undertake any appropriate 'restoration work'.
Disclosures that Scotland Yard was unhappy about the credibility of the individual who tipped off the intelligence services will raise questions about the use of the informant. It was this individual's information that led directly to the arrests of Mohammed Abdul Kahar, 23, who was shot during the raid, and 20-year-old Abul Koyair.
The brothers were released on Friday without being charged after being held for a week on suspicion of the commission, preparation and instigation of acts of terrorism. The Forest Gate raid is not the first time that a high profile anti-terrorist operation has resulted in men being released without charge days later. **Last October, 10 Iraqi refugees were arrested, in Derby, Wolverhampton and Croydon amid media reports of plans for a wave of car bomb attacks across Britain.
The Chancellor, Gordon Brown, said it was one of three major Islamic militant plots foiled since last July. However, security sources have confirmed to The Observer that no evidence of any terror plot was ever found and all the men were freed within a week.
Last night, leaders of the British Muslim community demanded an investigation into the intelligence services' use of sources in the Forest Gate case.
The raid had created 'considerable unease in the Muslim community', said Muhammad Abdul Bari, secretary-general of the Muslim Council of Great Britain.
It has emerged that the police had only expected to find a trigger or mechanism, not all the components to make a chemical weapon. 'It would be unique for bomb-makers to make entire bombs in a family house,' said one person familiar with the situation.
Security services remained unapologetic yesterday, warning that similar operations would follow if specific intelligence was received.
'There are dozens of mass casualty attacks being planned against ... the UK', a senior counter-terrorism official said, 'and when we have what we believe is genuine intelligence that life is at risk, we have to act.'
Planned by whom though, that's the real question...
The only lives at risk were the lives you put at risk, while you were "acting" on that "intelligence", presumably found in that secret cupboard of yours ... under the stairs ...
**See the end of this post: More intelligent work from Mi5 on 8th October: 10 arrests in Derby, Wolverhampton and Croydon, just to feed the voracious appetite of the Control Order obsessive, Lord Carlile, who isn't a Muslim and who, while he's not watching real time, "faux terrorism porn", was reported as being "very disappointed" to see them go, apparently.
Jonathan Evans, who also isn't a Muslim, as DG of Mi5 is one of the other "statutory consultees" on Control Orders and was reported as being "content" with their renewal.
So no conflict of interest there whatsoever.

They were accused of planning to detonate truck bombs, to open fire in a crowded area, and to storm the Canadian Broadcasting Centre, the Canadian Parliament building, the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) headquarters, and the parliamentary Peace Tower to take hostages and to behead the Prime Minister and other leaders.
And not forgetting, the Canadian branch of Uncle Tom Cobley's Emporium of Western Imperialism.™
On April 7, 1989, Yacoub boarded a Greyhound bus that was traveling from Montreal to New York.
The bus arrived in Ottawa and Yacoub ordered it driven up to Parliament Hill, which was then open to public vehicles. The bus then proceeded onto the lawn of the Parliament Buildings where it became stuck in the spring mud. A long hostage standoff began with Yacoub gradually releasing hostages. Over the course of the event he fired three shots into the ground, though he never threatened to harm the hostages. The parliament was evacuated, and police surrounded the bus. The event, unfolding for hours in the centre of the nation's capital, became a major media story covered live by the country's networks. At 7:55 Yacoub released the remaining five hostages and exited the bus where he was taken into custody.
From the previous Canadian Parliament "attack" by Charles Yacoub on 7.4.1989 to the arrests of the Toronto 18 on 2.6.2006 is:
It will be recalled that Charles (Bishara) Bishop (February 8, 1986 - January 5, 2002) was an American teenager who died by suicide when he crashed a stolen Cessna 172 into the 28th floor of the Bank of America Tower in Tampa, Florida on January 5, 2002.
A note written by Bishop was found in the wreckage and expressed his support for Osama bin Laden and the September 11, 2001 attacks. The young man also noted the "1967 Israeli-Syrian War" (also called the Six-Day War of June 5-10, 1967) in his note.
Bishop's father was identified as Charles Bishara, an alleged small-time criminal with the Arabic surname Bishara. Bishop's mother had changed the boy's name from Bishara to Bishop during the first Gulf War.
(The name may be familiar to you as it is the middle name of Sirhan Bishara Sirhan, the alleged single assassin of Robert F. Kennedy, who was shot on the first anniversary of the Six Day War and died the next day.)
In Bar Dany, around the corner from the Pirelli building and shielded by a large building, employees told AFP that the second of three shocks was an immense explosion - described as fortissimo - that shook the building and sent objects flying.
Witnesses said that just before the collision, Fasulo's plane had banked, straightened and headed straight for the center of the building.
The Pirelli building, Italy's highest tower, houses offices of the regional government of Lombardy.
U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE Office of the Spokesman ——- Italy October 2, 2001
As stated in the Department of State’s Worldwide Caution dated September 28, 2001, U.S. citizens and interests abroad continue to be at increased risk of terrorist actions from extremist groups. The Department has received information that "symbols of American capitalism" in Italy may be targeted for attack in the next month.
Fasulo was a pilot with 30 years flight experience.
MILAN, Italy (CNN) -- Friends and colleagues of the pilot whose aircraft crashed into a Milan high-rise have dismissed speculation that he deliberately flew his small plane into the building.
Prosecutors investigating Thursday's crash have offered three possible explanations for the cause: a technical problem with Luigi Gino Fasulo's Rockwell Commander 112TC; illness; or suicide.
Fasulo's plane crashed into the 26th floor of Milan's 32-story Pirelli Tower, killing him and two women -- Anna Maria Rapetti, 41, and Alessandra Santonocito, 42, both lawyers. Eleven of the 36 injured inside and outside the building remained hospitalized Friday.
A small private plane slammed into Milan's tallest building, killing at least three people and injuring dozens. CNN's Jim Clancy reports (April 18 )
The plane punched holes in both sides of the building. (April 18 )
Italian authorities detailed the events leading up to Thursday's crash.
5:39 p.m.: Fasulo asks the control tower at Linate airport for permission to land.
5:42 p.m.: Fasulo tells the tower he's having problems with his landing gear; the tower asks him to circle over a nearby private airport.
5:43 p.m.: Fasulo tells the tower that he is trying to manually lower the plane's landing gear.
5:44 p.m.: The tower gets no response when it tries to contact Fasulo.
5:47 or 5:48 p.m.: The aircraft hits the Pirelli building.
The building, which houses the Lombardy regional government, remained closed Friday, and surrounding hotels were still evacuated. But engineers said there is no risk the building will collapse.
A news report citing Fasulo's son, Marco, fueled speculation that the crash was an act of suicide, and not an accident. (Full story)
Rome's La Repubblica newspaper quote Marco Fasulo as saying the crash may have been a deliberate act induced by despair over financial problems -- reports that Milan police claim Marco Fasulo has since denied making.
"It was a suicide, a suicide, do you understand?" he was quoted as saying.
Fasulo's wife, Filomena, told CNN she plans to sue the newspaper over the report. Meanwhile, Fasulo's nephew, Luigi Fasulo, told Italian state television that the crash was an accident.
"Surely there was no intention on the part of my uncle to crash into the building," he said. "He was a person who loved life."
Fasulo, 68, from Pregassona, Switzerland, had been flying for over 30 years, held a commercial pilot's license and owned the plane.
Under Swiss law every pilot over the age of 50 has to undergo annual health check-ups. Fasulo passed his last medical in October with no problems.
Workers at Magadino Airport, the tiny airport in Locarno, Switzerland, where he kept his plane said he showed no sign of unhappiness.
Pino Scossa, a fellow pilot and Fasulo's friend of 40 years, told Reuters:
"I saw him yesterday before he took off and he seemed very normal to me. The idea that he committed suicide seems absurd to me."
Pietro Marci, former head of the local flight club, added:
"We're surrounded by mountains here. If he wanted to kill himself he could have flown into one of them."
Italian Transport Minister Pietro Lunardi, who has ordered a probe into the pilot's health, family situation and finances, told the Senate that Fasulo could have fallen ill at the controls. (Questions remain)
After making initial radio contact with the control tower, "there was silence, he was not operating any of the plane's controls in the last two minutes," he said.
Lunardi told reporters:
"There's every reason to thing there was something strange -- the kind of target and the way it was hit straight on is spooky."
An Italian law enforcement official told CNN that authorities had no evidence of any link to terrorism.
The National Aviation Authority said Fasulo radioed the control tower at Milan's Linate Airport to report "a small problem" with his landing gear as he was approaching the airport tarmac to land.
The tower tried to put him into a holding pattern to the west of the tarmac, but the pilot turned north instead, the authority said.
When the tower contacted the pilot again to inform him he was making "improper maneuvers," he told officials he was trying to fix the problem with the landing gear so he could land, and that was the last time the tower was able to reach him.
Milan fire brigade officials have said the plane was on fire as it flew into the Pirelli building.
From the State Department's warning of an attack in Italy on 2.10.2001, 7+7+7 days after 9/11, to Luigi Gino Fasulo's death in the Pirelli Tower aircraft "crash" on 18.4.2002 is: = 198 days
198 days = 11x9 + 11x9 days > 119 119
From 9/11 on 11.9.2001 to Luigi Gino Fasulo's death in the Pirelli Tower aircraft "crash" on 18.4.2002 is: = 7 months, 7 days > 77

And for the fastest public enquiry in the history of mankind, see the Cullen Report on Dunblane.
Yes that Lord Cullen, of Piper Alpha, Lockerbie, Ladbroke Grove ...
We might have well just saved our money and just said: BAN HANDGUNS.
Now the only folk who own them are the cops and the criminals.
It's machine guns and Uzis now though, so Snowdrop and Cullen did a fat lot of good didn't they.
Mind you, quite how Thames Valley police assessed Michale Ryan in sucessive applications to be a "fit and proper" person, to own things like a semi-automatric AK47 is erm, beyone credulity ...
And the link between Dunblane and 9/11 ?
Why, the ever so suspect George Robertson of course, or Baron Robertson of Port Ellen, former place man at NATO just when a probably compromised Yes Man was needed before the bombs started to fall on Afghanistan.
I've been all around the "four miserable" institutions, NATO, the State Department, the Foreign Office and the MOD asking for a copy of the damning presentation that so convinced the noble Baron of OBL's guilt and thus enabled him in a trice, to invoke NATO's "self defence" clause, but nobody seems able to help ...
Imperialistic conquest by PowerPoint, that nobody's allowed to see. Fascinating.
Quite how the former MP for Hamilton South rose so rapidly "through the ranks" is anyone's guess ...
Ever wondered why, or did you even know zat ze papers on Dunblane were originally ordered to be buried for 100 years! Even though there was no statutory basis for doing so, just that the, then, Lord Advocate "believed" there was.
And if it wasn't for the single handed efforts of Sandra Uttley we wouldn't know most of what we can know now, so buy her book !
My Mission: The Truth
The murder of children has to be investigated and exposed at all costs.
It is our moral duty to do so.
It is vital for the future welfare of all children.
I hope this website will inform and educate you about the massive cover-up of the truth about the cold-blooded killing of sixteen 5-year-old children at Dunblane Primary School on 13 March 1996.
When you begin to understand the reasons why the Dunblane massacre happened, I imagine you will be very angry, very angry indeed.
Please inform and educate yourself.
I will do my utmost to help you on that painful - very painful - journey.
In the days following the massacre, the British tabloid press was filled with stories about Ryan's life. Press biographies all stated that he had a near-obsessive fascination with firearms. The majority claimed that Ryan possessed magazines about survival skills and firearms, Soldier of Fortune being frequently named. Press reports claimed that he was obsessed with the Rambo film First Blood, which was erroneously described as featuring events similar to the Hungerford massacre, when in fact there was no evidence that Ryan even owned a video recorder, let alone that he had seen the film. Sylvester Stallone stated "I carry the can for every lunatic in the world who goes crazy with a gun...but it wasn’t Rambo who sent Michael Ryan mad. In fact Rambo is the opposite of people like Ryan. He is always up against stronger opposition and never shoots first. Murderers are always saying, "God told me to kill" or "Jesus ordered me to kill" - so should the rest of us stop praying? There are always sick people out there who will hang their illness on to your hook."
That's some effort a Wiki editor has put into persuading the reader not to think about the film Rambo First Blood, after a previous editor referenced the media Rambo stories.
Quoting Sylvester Stallone from the movie, in support of that effort, having previously declared that there is no evidence to suggest that Ryan had even watched the movie is, erm ... nope, still don't get it ...
Despite the apparent credulity of all those to whom he told his stories, Ryan craved yet more fantasy. Imagine his delight, then, when he discovered that this was available via mail order. As if designed to cater specifically for his needs, Ryan is said to have paid £5 to become a subscriber to a bizarre postal game called ‘Further into Fantasy’. It was a cruder version of the better-known ‘Dungeons and Dragons’, the most popular of such fantasy war games. Power is earned through the murder of enemies and monsters, with players growing in power and status as they execute various grisly assignments allocated to them.
Opting to be a high priest of an evil serpent god, and paying £1.50 for each turn, Ryan adopted the code-name Phodius Tei.
In July 1987 he received a final challenge from Set, the game’s serpent god, who lived on the planet Dorm:
‘You have been one of my greatest Terran priests and as such are worthy of the power I offer. But Phodius, you have one last point to prove ... can you kill your fellow Terrans? I offer you one last challenge.
Will you accept, Phodius, to go back to Terra and slay them, to devour their souls in the name of Set the immortal god?’
TWO weeks later Ryan received what was to be his final message:
’When at last you awake you are standing in a forest, there is a throbbing in your head, a madness that is the exhilaration of the serpent god, you know what you must do, know what power is to be gained from this.’
Ryan had indeed stood in a forest. Sue Godfrey [his first victim] had discovered that.
It is reasonable to assume too that there had also been a throbbing in Ryan’s head, for he had taken two paracetamols on the morning of the massacre.
In fact many of those who encountered Ryan that day would later refer to the blank expression on his face. ‘Brain-dead’ had been the most popular phrase of the day.
And Ryan would himself tell Sergeant Brightwell that the entire day had been ‘like a bad dream’.
Had he not therefore been acting out, in his own way, these coded commands received through the post, unable or unwilling to distinguish between fantasy and reality?
Of course it is one possibility, but by no means the only one.
And in any case no evidence was ever produced to prove conclusively that Ryan had participated in these bizarre fantasy games, despite an investigation carried out by the Thames Valley Police.
Down the rabbit hole it goes ...
Michael Ryan's murderous spree began in Savernake Forest ...
PBM = Play by mail.
Customhobby.com - Games Forum
I was involved, initially as a player and later as an illustrator and GM, for the PBM game Further Into Fantasy. The central tenet of the game was that you played, essentially, yourself, transposed to a parallel world where magic and psionics and the like were quite normal. So each turn you wrote/sent to your GM would typically be in the form of "I'll try to do this, I'll attempt that," etc.
In return the GM would respond with something along the lines of "You do this, your spell does that," etc - thereby continuing to reinforce the sense of immersion on the narrative.
Okay, so: each month there'd be a list published of the top ten players as scored by GMs across the various campaigns. People were encourage to interact with one another in the real world too, by way of letters, postcards, etc (obviously this was before this newfangled internerd stuff). All of this served to make the game intensely involving. Players would publish public insults and challenges in the game newsletters and raise armies to fight one another in game. So far so good.
My character ascended to become head of an order of avenging knights for Horus; each knight took the name of a mythological or legendary hound to signify their sworn intentions to hunt down the enemies of Horus. My chosen name was Fenris.
One of the regular top ten players was a character called Phodius Tei. Played by a guy called Michael Ryan.
He/his character allied himself with the game's evil factions (Temple of Set) - and so was directly on the hunting list for my character and guild. I've still got some of the letters Ryan sent me saying how he was going to hunt me down, blow my head off, stake me out for the crows, etc.
Suddenly the Hungerford Massacre's in the news Wiki link and CID are investigating the offices of the company who run the Further into Fantasy game. Everyone involved in running the game, and every player whose address is in their database, is questioned and/or checked out by the police.
Turns out that the last turn sent to Ryan by his GM finished with the words (and I'm paraphrasing here as I can't remember exactly):
"You stand on the hilltop, looking down at the village as the sun starts to set. Your rifle is loaded and ready in your hand. You know what to do...."
Needless to say, in the glare of publicity, FiF collapsed. All their computers and paperwork were seized. The guys who owned the company lost their house as they couldn't pay the mortgage without the game to bring in money. I lost half a dozen pieces of original A3 artwork. And 16 people lost their lives.
I was just looking at the Dhiren Barot videos on YouTube from his weekend in NYC in April 2001 that rather belatedly, according to the CPS, turned into terrorist surveillance recordings, as and when needed, over three years later during the Operation Rhyme case.
One of the videos zoomed in on the name plate on the door of the New York Stock Exchange or an office bearing the NYSE name:
Remember, we were led to believe that this was "state of the Al Q art", terrorist surveillance, by "Mr Al Q UK" ...
Ilyas Iqbal has told Manchester Crown Court he denies all the charges
Notes alleged to be useful to a terrorist were largely based on the film Black Hawk Down, a jury heard.
Ilyas Iqbal, 23, said he used the war film as the main inspiration for a document called Urban Combat which was found at his Blackburn home by police.
He is alleged to have been "intoxicated by the evil of terrorism" as he and two others prepared for violent jihad.
Mr Iqbal, along with Abbas Iqbal, 24, and Muhammed Ali Ahmad, 26, deny preparing for acts of terrorism.
Abbas Iqbal also denies disseminating terrorist publications and possessing documents likely to be useful to a terrorist.
Ilyas Iqbal pleaded not guilty at Manchester Crown Court to two counts of possessing documents likely to be useful to a terrorist.
The prosecution have argued the so-called "The Blackburn Resistance" filmed themselves in camouflage, crawling across a park in the town, and that the video of "al Qaida-style propaganda" was destined to be distributed abroad.
I was bored, I did what I do best with my favourite hobby and I started writing down tactics I had seen from Hollywood films and newsreels
Ilyas Iqbal's handwritten notes on Urban Combat and Attack Planning were discovered by counter-terrorism police in a weapons cabinet at the family home in Percival Street, Blackburn, the court heard.
Also in the cabinet were air rifles, knives, machetes, a sword, a crossbow, various ammunition and books on weaponry.
Ilyas Iqbal told the court he wrote Urban Combat two years ago when he worked as a security guard on a building site.
"I was bored, I did what I do best with my favourite hobby and I started writing down tactics I had seen from Hollywood films and newsreels," he said.
"The main place was from a Hollywood blockbuster called Black Hawk Down."
He said comments he wrote related to the plot of the film in which American forces attempt to go behind enemy lines in war-torn Somalia to "snatch and grab" two militiamen.
Questioning him on Urban Combat, his barrister Roderick Price asked him: "Did you write it for a terrorist purpose?"
He replied: "No, I did not write it for any terrorist purpose."
"Did you think it would have been useful for a terrorist?", said Mr Price.
"Of course not, I have not had any military training," Ilyas Iqbal said.
"These were just my own thoughts off the top of my head, I cannot see how it would be useful to anyone but me.
"What is the story of Urban Combat?" asked his barrister.
Ilyas Iqbal replied: "It was imagining myself as a guerrilla commander fighting a larger force. Fantasising to make the time pass by."
Other segments of his notes came from watching news items on Al-Jazeera on Fox News, he said.
The trial continues.
From the UK release of the film Black Hawk Down on 18.1.2002 to the first arrests in the Blackburn Resistance case on 14.8.2008 inclusive is: = 2401 days
2401 days = 7x7x7x7 days > 7777
2401 days = 343 weeks = 7x7x7 weeks > 777
It doesn't get any "better" than that for vanilla 7's ...
Depending upon which reports one reads, the first incriminating death threat posts were made on either 2.1.2008 or 24.1.2008, and then some chap from the USA diligently recorded a later post in May 2008, so quite some delay until the first arrests, which just had to involve air travel ....
Aside from someone clearly "knowing" about the notes found in the secret cupboard, why was Black Hawk Down chosen as a root date for the "Blackburn Resistance" plot ?

Bin Laden British cell planned gas attack on EU Parliament
By David Bamber, Chris Hastings and Rajeev Syal
12:01AM BST 16 Sep 2001
ISLAMIC terrorists based in Britain and controlled by Osama bin Laden planned a devastating attack in February on the European Parliament building in Strasbourg.
A six-strong terror cell funded by the Saudi fugitive planned to kill all 625 Euro-MPs, and scores of officials, by releasing sarin gas into the parliament building.
The attack was scheduled to take place during the session of parliament from February 11 to 14 this year and was to be the first in a series of assaults against prominent buildings across Europe. Algerian terrorists based in London and funded directly by bin Laden worked with counterparts in Milan and Frankfurt.
The plot was foiled after German police smashed the Frankfurt operation in a series of raids. The British-based six men were arrested and charged with offences under the Prevention of Terrorism Act.
The charges were subsequently dropped just days after the men appeared at Horseferry Road magistrates' court, London. The Crown Prosecution Service said that the decision was made for security reasons.
Senior Special Branch officials have told The Telegraph that the decision to cease action was prompted by a request from MI5. It is believed that the intelligence agency had uncovered details of further atrocities and wanted to monitor the group.
Details of the plan were kept secret from Euro-MPs. They were, however, sent an e-mail giving a warning about lapsed security in the building. One said: "Even after the e-mail was sent we still have a situation where people can wander in and out of the building."
In particular, there was concern that rules whereby visitors were supposed to present passports at the main reception were being ignored.
The Euro-MP added: "Many of the British MEPs in particular are concerned about security. Hardly anyone checks passes. The only time any one cares is at meal times and that is so they can control the numbers in the canteen."
Sarin gas is an easily made chemical weapon, 26 times more deadly than cyanide. Developed during the Second World War by the Nazis, it is odourless and almost impossible to detect. Its potential for use in a large crowd was proved when Aum Shinrikyo, a Japanese cult, killed 12 people and affected 5,000 more using sarin gas on the Tokyo underground in March 1995.
A spokesman for the European Parliament said: "We take all threats to security seriously and are constantly monitoring the situation."
The disclosure that the European Parliament was a target will raise concerns about the activities of bin Laden's followers in Britain and Europe. The Telegraph has learnt that the Special Branch in London is also examining allegations that two mosques in London have raised funds for a number of his terrorist organisations in the past few weeks.
One London mosque, where Afghans pray, has allegedly raised funds for the terror group al'Qaeda, run by bin Laden. Abu Hamza, the Egyptian-born cleric, has been accused of collecting funds for other proscribed groups at the Finsbury Park mosque.
Officers last year closed a community centre attached to a mosque in Birmingham after money was raised to help train British-born terrorists operating in Kashmir.
British activists, who have supported bin Laden's activities in the past, have also established a base in America. The Al Muhajiroun movement, members of which have called for a jihad, or permanent holy war, overseas, has set up in New York.
The organisation's founder, Sheikh Omar Bakri, one of the leaders of Britain's fundamentalist Islamic community, defended last week's attacks on America but denounced the civilian deaths.
He said: "The US Government and its military forces are a legitimate target as far as Islam is concerned. The American Government is engaged in aggression and atrocities against Muslims in Iraq, Palestine, Afghanistan and Sudan and supporting the pirate state of Israel."
The movement's new US members remain in close contact with followers in Britain, Pakistan and Lebanon. Anjem Choudary, who has now assumed responsibility for Al Muhajiroun, also condemned last week's attacks on civilians.
He claimed, however, that America had incited the response. "America itself has committed many atrocities in Muslim countries. You only have to see the strength in countries like Palestine to see how some people feel," he said.
It is not the first time that British fundamentalists have extended their operations to America. Last year The Telegraph revealed that a company called Sakina Security was training volunteers to handle explosives and guns at a base in the United States.
The company, which is under investigation by the FBI, has set up a bank account in London to raise funds for anti-Israeli forces among the Palestinians.
Security officials believe that as many as 5,000 young Muslims in Britain may support bin Laden. Most show their solidarity by making regular financial contributions, but about one in five of these supporters is believed to have taken part in some form of active military service abroad.
Dozens have also taken part in secret military training in sessions in Britain, after which they were drafted into the military wing of the International Islamic Front founded by bin Laden in 1998.
A number of such British volunteers later died during active service for Islamic forces in the conflicts in Chechnya, Bosnia and Afghanistan. Another was killed on a suicide mission after being recruited to the cause through a London-based group, Al-Maddad.
The full extent of bin Laden's British network was revealed during the trial in New York this year of four men in connection with the bombings in Africa and other plots to kill US citizens.
Some key figures in 21 terrorist groups outlawed in March by Jack Straw, the then Home Secretary, under the provisions of the new Prevention of Terrorism Act have gone into hiding since they were banned this year.
The ban is intended to prevent them from raising funds, recruiting or in any way supporting terrorist operations abroad. Sixteen of the banned groups are Islamic organisations led by bin Laden's al-Qaeda.
Some British volunteers who have fought for bin Laden are listed among the dead on "martyr websites", set up after the US cruise missile attack on bin Laden's camps following the 1998 bombing of American embassies in Kenya and Tanzania.
Khalid al Fawwaz, the leader of another suspected bin Laden organisation in Britain, is among six men being held in Brixton jail awaiting extradition to America over his alleged part in the embassy bombings.
He denies that his Advice and Reformation Committee was a front for bin Laden and he has been in prison for more than a year fighting the US request.
As we are only given a window for this "Sarin gas attack plot", from 11 to 14 February 2001 it is difficult to know which date to choose.
Both Japanese Sarin events work, inclusive to the 11th, normal to the 12th and intervals to the 13th, which looks favourite as this is the only date that works to the opening of the Tower of Babel building in Strasbourg.
From Matsumoto on 27.6.1994 to the 2nd day of the EU Sarin plot on 12.02.2001 is : = 77 months, 77 days > 77 77
or an interval of same to the 13th.
From the Tokyo Subway Sarin event on 20.3.1995 to the 2nd day of the EU Sarin plot on 12.02.2001 is: = 2156 days or 308 weeks = 77x7 + 77x7 + 77x7 + 77x7 days > 777 777 777 777
The tapes show previously unseen footage of Osama bin Laden and his security detail
From Nic Robertson - CNN
ATLANTA, Georgia (CNN) -- A large archive of al Qaeda videotapes obtained by CNN in Afghanistan sheds new light on Osama bin Laden's terror network, revealing images of chemical gas experiments on dogs, lessons on making explosives, terrorist training tactics and previously unseen images of bin Laden and his top aides.
The archive includes 64 videotapes that span more than a decade and provide new insight into al Qaeda's planning, tactics and mindset. Nearly all the tapes pre-date last year's September 11 terror attacks. But one tape includes recorded segments from televised news reports of the attacks on New York and Washington, including CNN coverage.
CNN has shown the tapes to many experts, including Rohan Gunaratna, an expert on al Qaeda who was called on to address Congress, the United Nations and the Australian Parliament following the September 11 attacks. Gunaratna, the author of "Inside Al Qaeda," has interviewed members of the terrorist network and previously viewed more than 200 al Qaeda tapes. But he had not seen the tapes obtained by CNN and believes they were intended only for the eyes of the terror group's leaders.
"The collection has al Qaeda videos taken by al Qaeda of events," Gunaratna said. "Whenever Osama bin Laden met with foreign journalists, he always had his own cameraman. And it is those tapes that are there, because that itself shows that this is the al Qaeda library. This is not the library of someone else ... This is their history, the record room of Osama bin Laden."
CNN Senior International Correspondent Nic Robertson obtained the tapes from a source in Afghanistan, following a 17-hour drive from Kabul through treacherous terrain to a remote part of the war-torn country. According to the source, the tapes had been found in an Afghan house where bin Laden had stayed.
Some of the tapes are video training manuals for terrorists, much different from the al Qaeda promotional videos that have been released in the past. One three-hour tape, for example, shows how to make purified TNT from easy-to-get materials. They demonstrate sophistication in planning and explosives skills.
Experts interviewed by CNN say no terrorist organization is ever known to have put this much knowledge on videotape before. And although it is not known with certainty that all of the material contained in the tapes came from bin Laden's personal library, it includes revealing looks at the al Qaeda leader and his personal security arrangements.
One scene shows bin Laden with his security detail firing shots into the air as they get set to announce their new jihad against Americans. That scene was shot in 1998, three years before the September 11 terrorist attacks against the United States.
Among the most frightening scenes in the collection of tapes are those of testing of a poison gas on three dogs. The disturbing images show the dying moments of the defenseless, enclosed animals.
A senior Bush administration official who is intimately involved in weapons issues said he was "very troubled" by the issues the video raises, particularly about chemical weapons.
The official said the video of the chemical tests on the dogs suggest a very strong desire to acquire the capability to use such weapons against humans. Until now, he said, he had seen nothing that indicated bin Laden or al Qaeda had the capability.
"This tape is unquestionable documentation that he has some capability," he said. The tape, he said, shows "some level of sophistication, and indicates they were trying to get results."
In one scene, a group of unidentified men wearing Afghan-style sandals rush out of an enclosure where one of the dogs is penned. A white liquid that gives off a gas is then seen seeping in from the left. Soon, the dog begins showing physical reactions.
Experts who were shown the tape by CNN had different theories as to what kind of chemical agent may have been used in the experiment. But there was agreement that whatever it was, it was a powerful agent, adding to the significance of the tapes and what they say about al Qaeda.
One of the tapes shows poison gas experiments being performed on dogs.
"It's probably extremely significant, if not profound," said John Gilbert, a chemical weapons specialist and arms control expert who advises the U.S. government. "I know there's been a lot of speculation about the state of technology, and how far they may have advanced toward having a usable chemical weapon. The fact that they were able to repeat tests or demonstrations on this tape indicates that they clearly have a way to produce a predictably lethal chemical."
In the months since September 11, U.S. officials have repeatedly said publicly that al Qaeda was believed to be seeking weapons of mass destruction, including chemical weapons. But, so far, no evidence on tape has been shown that al Qaeda has succeeded in obtaining or developing such weapons.
Al Qaeda documents examined by CNN last fall showed formulas for sarin, a deadly chemical agent. And Ahmed Ressam, a man trained by al Qaeda and convicted of plotting to bomb Los Angeles International Airport, testified in court about tests using cyanide to kill dogs.
Coalition intelligence sources who have examined the tape obtained by CNN of the dying dogs said this appears to be an al Qaeda lethal weapons experiment at the remote Darunta camp in Afghanistan. The sources said dead dogs have been seen in past satellite images of the Darunta camp.
The sources said no intelligence agency is known to have previously seen most of these tapes.
Other tapes, seen only in my head, show OBL pulling the legs off spiders and drawing pencil lines around microscopic beetles so they could never escape ...
Richard Galpin reports on the causes of the train disaster
A bomb blast caused the Russian train crash in which at least 26 people were killed, intelligence officials say.
The Nevsky Express derailed with nearly 700 on board as it ran through remote countryside between the capital Moscow and the second city, St Petersburg.
Investigators found "elements of an explosive device" at the scene of Friday's attack, a statement said.
Officials said a second, less powerful device went off on Saturday near the site of the first, but no-one was hurt.
There was no immediate confirmed claim of responsibility for the blast on Friday evening, which hit a train popular with government officials and business executives at peak travel time.
"Criminology experts say, on the basis of preliminary information, that an improvised explosive device, equivalent to 7kg (15 lb) of TNT, had gone off," said Alexander Bortnikov, head of Russia's domestic intelligence service.
At least three of the 14 carriages left the tracks as the train reportedly approached speeds up 200 km/h (130mph).
Russia's prosecutor-general has opened a criminal case on terrorism charges, Russian news agencies say.
If terrorism is confirmed as the cause, observers say the derailment would represent the deadliest attack outside the volatile North Caucasus region for five years.
'Attack on elite'
I think we can expect the Russian authorities to come up with some name soon, because this attack is politically very embarrassing
Pavel Felgenhauer - Novaya Gazeta newspaper
Pavel Felgenhauer, defence correspondent for Russia's Novaya Gazeta newspaper, told the BBC News website the key suspects for investigators would be "either militants from Russia's North Caucasus region or nationalist extremists, pro-Nazi groups".
"I think we can expect the Russian authorities to come up with some names soon, because this attack is politically very embarrassing.
"This is an expensive, high speed train, used by an elite which has been pushing to transfer parts of government functions to St Petersburg. We already have reports of several high-ranking government and local officials among the dead.
"Whoever is responsible, this attack clearly seems aimed not so much at the public, but directly at the ruling class."
Hundreds of rescuers and officials worked through the night at the scene near the town of Bologoye, about 400km (250 miles) north-west of Moscow.
Some reports say as many as 39 people have died.
The train was reported to be carrying around 650 passengers and two dozen or so staff.
About 90 people are in hospital, some taken there by helicopter.
Many of the injured are said to be in a serious condition.
According to some reports, the scene of the crash, in wooded countryside, was so remote it took emergency services two hours to get there.
Passengers spoke of a loud bang just before the derailment.
Russian television channels broadcast a recording of a mobile phone call from the train driver to the emergencies ministry.
"There was an explosion under the locomotive," he said. "I do not know what we hit. We are derailed. The locomotive and carriages, I do not know yet what else, everything is in smoke. "
Federal prosecutors' spokesman Vladimir Markin told Itar-Tass news agency that a crater found at the site was 1.5m (5ft) wide and 0.7m deep.
"Indeed this was a terrorist attack," he said.
In 2007, a bomb on the same line derailed a train, injuring nearly 30 passengers.
Two men suspected of having links to Chechen rebels were accused of planting a bomb next to the track.
Amine El Khalifi Washington DC, FBI entrapment - 17.2.2012
Radicalised by the FBI ...
Given time, there will only be a small, select group of parasitic, self-radicalising megalomaniacs who will persist in pretending to believe any of this stuff and that group gets smaller with every passing event, as does the credibility of the spineless, moronic zombies in the soon to be non "mainstream media" ...
Government buildings with military targets again with a Mumbai / Fort Hood style gun attack meme ...
From the criminal complaint we learn that Amine El Khalifi entered the USA on 27 June 1999 and since his (B2 tourist ?) visa expired later in (27 Dec ?) 1999, he has been living in "the land of the free" as an "illegal alien".
The complaint also states that "a confidential human source" reported Amine El Khalifi to the FBI concerning a meeting on 11 January 2011.
As news of the arrest spread, several members of the mosque Khalifi visited expressed concern that they could be thrust into the spotlight once again, even though Khalifi was not thought to have been a regular worshiper at the mosque.
Dar Al-Hijrah has weathered repeated criticism for ties to worshipers who were found to have been terrorism suspects. The mosque’s leaders have noted that, as one of the largest mosques in the Mid-Atlantic, it attracts worshipers from all over, including many who attend infrequently.
I was wondering where the Our Lackey link would be ...
From Saint Obama's not very executive order to close Guantanamo issued on 22.1.2009, the same day that the As Quick As Possible "new merged Al Q franchise" in Yemen, AQAP decided to launch their video marketing campaign, to 17.2.2012 is an interval of: 1120 days = 777 + 343 days
1120 days = 777 + 7x7x7 days > 777 777

On Wednesday and Thursday the 2,500 individuals taking part in the test event will be asked to assume the incident takes place on August 8 and 9 – two of the busiest days during the Olympics across London.
I've no idea if 8th & 9th August are actually going to be two of the busiest days at the gargantuan £13 billion obscene waste of our money festival or not, which the New Lab bean counters originally predicted to cost a paltry £2.5 billion in 2005.
BBC alleged transcript of the alleged bugged conversation, allegedly at Colley House on 10 March 2004, allegedly between Omar Khyam and Jawad Akbar, allegedly where Khyam allegedly proposes an aircraft suicide operation ...
10 MARCH 2004: COLLEY HOUSE: SUICIDE ON PLANE
On another occasion, Omar Khyam and Jawad Akbar met at the student's Uxbridge home. They discussed the possibility of recruiting men to hijack and crash a plane. This was not a conversation associated directly with the bomb plot, but representative of many of the bugged conversations revealed in court.
OMAR KHYAM: "... nobody knows what's really going on, it's just ideas coming out [like the last] idea to hijack the plane, it's just an idea, we could have done it. Imagine you've got a plane yeah, 300 people in it, you buy tickets for 30 brothers in there, they're massive brothers, you just crash the plane. You could do it easy, it's just an idea."
JAWAD AKBAR: "Thirty brothers, to find 30 brothers willing to commit suicide is a big thing."
OMAR KHYAM: "If you spoke to some serious brothers, to the right people you'd probably get it bro."
JAWAD AKBAR: "Thirty brothers who would be willing to give their lives."
OMAR KHYAM: "Yeah you'd get it bro, whether they were from abroad, you'd get it. Thirty brothers on a British Airways flight got up, 19 were split up in four planes, 30 brothers on one plane, as soon as an air marshal gets up and shoots one the others, just jump him. Thirty brothers on a plane, the beauty of it is they don't have to fly into a building, just crash the flipping thing. It's an idea bruv, they never went through with it, so this is just an idea right now, it's a good idea, I'm not denying it, a good idea, but it's not there, it's not been put together. When you've got an idea you need everything there, a back up plan, back up emir... ."
Khyam's mention of 19 on a plane is a reference to the 11 September 2001 hijackers.
10.3.2004 was the same day that Amanda, the undercover receptionist was installed at Access Storage.
Exquisite timing, without the use of any real terrorists, as ever ...
Note: The date calculator (not the Date Duration calculator) does not have the facility to include the start date as the first day of the calculation and so the result is usually one day ahead. This is not always the case when the smaller date units are added first, thererby overcoming this irregularity, caused by the different number of days in a month, but that does not work in this case.
I have requested this facility be added by the developers at timeanddate.com
To overcome this problem when performing inclusive date calculations, it is necessary to move the start date back one day, so that the real start date becomes the first date of the calculation, thus:

I don't know how many of you are (or were) gamblers (I used to be), but I learnt something today which totally fits my current 'weltenshaung'.
Drinking with a friend, I mentioned roulette; knowing my friend had been a croupier for many years (he has now been blacklisted, and cannot get a job) I asked him if, in his opinion the outcome could be influenced. He said not to his knowledge, but it might well be (or words to that effect).
He then said 'Do you know what the combined numbers on the roulette wheel come to?' I said no; he repeated the question (although Irish, he is a non-believer (though I'se working on it!). I hazarded a (correct, as it turned out!) guess; the only number of any significance I could think of was '666'. He said I was right!
Very interesting, gamblers. Thank God I gave up quite a while ago. _________________ 'And he (the devil) said to him: To thee will I give all this power, and the glory of them; for to me they are delivered, and to whom I will, I give them'. Luke IV 5-7.
On 19 February 2013, the naked body of a young woman, 21 year old, Elisa Lam was discovered in a water tank on the roof of the Cecil Hotel in Los Angeles. Elisa, from Vancouver, was apparently on some kind of holiday and went missing on 31 January 2013, a date palindrome thus, 31113
The story precisely echoes the plot of the film, Dark Water.
Dark Water plot extract:
After moving into her apartment, Dahlia notices dark water leaking from the ceiling in her bathroom. She ultimately discovers that a young girl named Natasha Rimsky drowned in the building’s rooftop water tank, which caused the water to turn black. The owner of the apartment building knew about this fact but refused to take action. Elisa Lam’s body was in the water tank for over two weeks, causing hotel guests to complain about foul tasting “black water”.
The ending of the movie is also eerily relevant: The apartment buildings elevator malfunctions and the ghost of Cecilia’s mother braids her hair. Is Elisa Lam’s death one of those ritualistic murders that are synchronistically mirrored in a Hollywood movie?
The seedy, Cecil Hotel, in downtown LA, is just around the corner from LA's tent city, where many folk who have not quite flourished in "the American dreamscape", now find themselves suffering the "American Nightmare", on the streets, under canvas.
The Cecil Hotel is notorious for a series of suicides, robberies and rapes. Two of it's particularly infamous guests were serial killers, Richard "The Night Stalker" Ramirez who died in prison on 7 June 2013 and Jack Unterweger who is reported to have committed suicide on 29 June 1994.
Built in the 1920s to cater to “businessmen to come into town and spend a night or two”, Cecil Hotel was quickly upstaged by more glamorous hotels. Located near the infamous Skid Row area, the hotel began renting rooms on a long-term basis for cheap prices, a policy that attracted a shiftier crowd. The hotel’s reputation quickly went from “shifty” to “morbid” when it became notorious for numerous suicides and murders, as well as lodging famous serial killers.
“Part of its sordid history, involves two serial killers, Richard Ramirez and Jack Unterweger.
Now on death row, Ramirez, labeled “the Nightstalker”, was living at the Cecil Hotel in 1985, in a top floor room. He was charged 14 dollars a night. In a building filled with transients, he remained unnoticed as he stalked and killed his 13 female victims. Richard Schave, said “He was dumping his bloody clothes in the Dumpster, at the end of his evening and returned via the back entrance.”
Jack Unterweger, was a journalist covering crime in Los Angeles for an Austrian magazine in 1991. “We believe he was living at the Cecil Hotel in homage to Ramirez,” Schave said.
He is blamed with killing three prostitutes in Los Angeles, while being a guest at the Cecil.
In the 50’s and 60’s the Cecil was known as a place that people would go to jump out of one of the hotel’s windows to commit suicide.
From the death of Jack Unterweger on 29 June 1994 to the death of Richard "The Night Stalker" Ramirez on 7 June 2013 is:
So, from the US release date of the Dark Water film on 8.7.2005, to the discovery of Elisa Lam's body on 19.2.2013 is:
7 years, P( 7 x7 ) days > 777
227 - the 49th Prime Number, is a classic and relatively simple example which illustrates how 77 is concealed, by the use of, in this case, a single Prime Number, whose "ordinal" number P49 just happens to be 7x7.
The number 227 can also be derived from the date 22 July, as in 22.7 > 227
I also received an interesting email recently, linking to a web site which may shine some light on the three digit rep-digits, 666 and 777, as in the example above.
[ Regardless of whether each of the 3 individual numerals in the 3 digit rep-digit, are comprised of "vanilla", plain numerals, or, if those numerals are sourced from the "concealed" ordinal numbers of the Primes, as in P(6) the ordinal 6th Prime Number or P(7) - the ordinal 7th Prime Number and so on. ]
Now that we know that 911 represents a hidden 666, we now need to understand why the rep-digit 777 is so frequently found in these diabolical events.
Why? The answer is simple and is called OCCULTISM! Think about it, if all this originates from the Cabala (Kabbalah or Qabala), then the answer most be in Hebrew. How do you write down number 6 in Hebrew?
Could the Hebrew 6 - vav be used as an occult, symbolic 7 ?
Does 777 represent an occult, or hidden, 666 ?
