I've put this up before, but I can't find the link, and it is a real '9/11 Killer Video', so up it goes again, as one of Nick Rockefeller's predictions to Aaron Russo raises it's ugly head:

With councils 'chipping' dustbins, and planning to fine people who 'produce' (or rather, dispose of) too much rubbish, perhaps they would be better off fining the manufacturers or packers of products.

It's true the European Union is calling for more information on HAARP - they call for more information on just about everything. HAARP is being used to improve radio communication (and communication to nuclear subs in all probability). There is also some evidence that it could divert jet-streams - which could affect the weather. However the place is not secure - it has university students and academics in the facility. You don't put students in a facility developing WMDs. Therefore, as I said CT's on HAARP are disinfo or at best a "limited hang-out".
Similarly, there are jets that spray chemicals into clouds for weather modifications: usually to enhance rainfall - sometimes to reduce solar radiation over crops. This happens quite a lot over California. But moving from the specific (ie some weather modifying aircraft) to the general (all contrails are chemtrails) is a grade A Logical Fallacy.

Just received my copy of Architects and Engineers reedited Experts Speak Out. shortened to 95mins plus a bonus DVD with biographical info from each of the 50 "experts" 132mins.
Useful tool that carries a lot of expert weight behind it. Doesnt appear to have copyright on it.
A section of the DVD includes comments from physcologists about the trauma of 9/11 and the painful journey people take when realising their "trusted" govt and NIST must be deliberately hiding the truth or worse that there must be some complicity.
Cost about £20 inc p+P from US.
Spotted a factual error in it where they introduce an eye witness to the 2nd plane hit and who goes on to admit they didnt actually see the 2nd plane just the explosion.. (bit of ammo for the NPT guys) _________________ JO911B.
