I'm sure that HAARP is being used as a sinister weapon and is one of a whole arsenal of weaponry we don't know about but be careful of the accusations in this video. 'Earthquake Lights' are a natural phenomena which go back millenia. There have been countless sightings of such luminous sky light shows preceding major earthqaukes long before HAARP even existed.
