Jay Ref, your wish is my command, old chap, let's hear how you intend to explain this:

http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/bushlie.html

Bush Caught in a Lie
About the 9/11 WTC Attacks

President Bush has stated on two occasions that he saw a plane hit WTC 1:

Occasion 1:

President Bush Holds Town Hall Meeting
[CNN, Aired December 4, 2001]

QUESTION: One thing, Mr. President, is that you have no idea how much you've done for this country, and another thing is that how did you feel when you heard about the terrorist attack?

BUSH: Well... (APPLAUSE)

Thank you, Jordan (ph).

Well, Jordan (ph), you're not going to believe what state I was in when I heard about the terrorist attack. I was in Florida. And my chief of staff, Andy Card -- actually I was in a classroom talking about a reading program that works. And I was sitting outside the classroom waiting to go in, and I saw an airplane hit the tower -- the TV was obviously on, and I use to fly myself, and I said, "There's one terrible pilot." And I said, "It must have been a horrible accident."

But I was whisked off there -- I didn't have much time to think about it, and I was sitting in the classroom, and Andy Card, my chief who was sitting over here walked in and said, "A second plane has hit the tower. America's under attack."

RealMedia video download of comment

Occasion 2:

President Holds Town Hall Forum on Economy in California
[whitehouse.gov, January 5, 2002]

"I was sitting there, and my Chief of Staff -- well, first of all, when we walked into the classroom, I had seen this plane fly into the first building. There was a TV set on..." [whitehouse.gov]

WMA download of comment

There is a problem with the above statements. There was no live video coverage of the first plane hitting the tower. There couldn't be. Video of the first plane hitting the tower did not surface until AFTER the second plane had hit.

11 a.m. on 9/11. One of the first broadcasts of Flight 11's impact into WTC 1.
WMV video download (831kB)

This Washington Times article states he didn't see the impact at the school...

The president entered a holding room at the school and picked up a secure telephone to speak with National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice at the White House. She was sitting in her office, watching live coverage of the stricken north tower as it belched black smoke into a cloudless sky. "There's one terrible pilot," Mr. Bush muttered. Turning to Mr. Card, he speculated that the pilot must have suffered a heart attack. Mr. Bush, who had yet to see the TV images, drafted a statement pledging federal assistance.

...and this is confirmed by Booker Elementary School Principal Gwen Rigell in this Propaganda Matrix posting:

I had the opportunity to talk with Principal Gwen Rigell of Booker Elementary school for about twenty minutes. ... I asked her if in fact the President had been watching the events of 9-11 unfold on TV before he went into that classroom and she told me "Absolutely not". There was no TV in the corridor or anywhere near that classroom.

Even though Bush is not a very good pilot (he was taken off of flight status for failure to take a medical exam which included a drug test), it would be silly to assume that a passenger jet hitting the WTC in clear weather was pilot error, especially since warnings had surfaced of hijacked commercial aircraft attacking symbols of American culture:

U.S. and Israeli intelligence agencies received warning signals [in July 2001] that Middle Eastern terrorists were planning to hijack commercial aircraft to use as weapons to attack important symbols of American and Israeli culture. [FromTheWilderness]
FBI information [...] indicates patterns of suspicious activity in this country consistent with preparations for hijackings or other types of attacks, including recent surveillance of federal buildings in New York. [President Bush Intelligence Briefing 8/6/2001]

If Bush really did see an airplane on TV hitting the World Trade Center then he saw that the aircraft was under control at the time, and he saw it before arriving at Booker Elementary because he was en route to the school when the first plane struck WTC 1 - a closed-circuit live feed to his limo is the only way he could have seen this impact on TV.

Each of us will ... remember the moment the news came -- where we were and what we were doing. [G.W. Bush, September 20, 2001]

It must also be remembered that even after Andrew Card informed Bush of the second impact, by his own admission Bush knew America was being attacked, but he continued listening to the reading skills of a classroom full of children.

Just think about that for a while.

Well I'll be!

I knew Bush was terrible as a public speaker but this is evidence that he's even worse at it than I thought! However, taking the leap that Bush was either lying or watching some secret broadcast of the first plane strike aired by his Bilderberger brethren instead of merely mis-speaking/misremembering (as he is wont to do) is simply jumping the shark.

I'll admit that I was wrong about Bush not saying such a dumbass thing...but this is your evidence of an "inside job"?? Really??

Jay Ref, old chap, I'm not going to list everyone, but 9/11 Truth researchers reckon there are between 300 and 400 smoking guns or inconsistencies with the official 9/11 story. Instead of all this posting which you have decided to do over the past two days, may I humbly suggest you do what I did, namely read David Ray Griffin's two books and then, having fully briefed yourself, come back to the forum with something useful and constructive to contribute. As I said before, you are actually doing us a service with your posts which I have to say are now getting rather repetitive and very boring to read.

David Ray Griffin is a Professor of Philosophy. Don't you think it would be a tad bit more informative to ask an actual structural engineer if the WTC was brought down in a CD?

Further...what new thing can be learned by reading more screeds by CTers?

Tell ya what...why don't you just tell me what proof of the CT this Griffin guy lays out in his book? Let's talk about it right here since you've read it.

So, what's your take on 9/11?

I'm not even going to bother answering that question, as it is frankly hilarious watching you clutching at straws.

Now, I have something for you to consider. Your friends here from the JREF forums, whilst I may disagree with their views and and I'm not too taken with some of the ways with which they have presented themselves, still appear to be intelligent human beings who can construct rational arguments based on their beliefs. They also appear to have social skills, appear humanitarian, and also appear to give a damn about what is going on in the world today.

You on the other hand, appear to be piggy-backing on their intelligent arguments, as if the only reason you are doing so is because it is giving you the opportunity to attempt to insult and belittle others. I highly doubt those views are of your own choosing, but rather that you are jumping on the nearest bandwagon to carry on your glittering career as an internet troll.

I highly doubt that this is what you are like in real life, as someone with your apparent conversational skills, airs and graces would more than likely be the target of repeated kickings each and every time they opened their mouths. Although I hypothesise (oh, but we need more 'proof' first) that you are a rather lonely individual & this is your way of getting back at the society that has shunned & bullied you.

Anyway, I also am rather bored at your pathetic attempts at trolling these forums - unless you have something intelligent/constructive to say (which I doubt going by your previous form), I suggest you let your friends carry on the adult conversations whilst you play with your colouring book.

Carry on.

Could Jay Ref please correct the impression given by his earlier posts on the thread that it was Hizbullah that provoked the Israeli invasion of the Lebanon?

The Israeli army patrol that was ambushed and had two people taken prisoner was on the Lebanese side of the border at the village of Ayta-sh Shaab. This is an act of war in itself. The Merkava MBT struck a mine (also inside Lebanon where it had no business being) and its casualties had nothing to do with the Hizbullah operation at Ayat-sh Shaab, so they shouldn't be conflated.

Furthermore, an all-arms, combined service operation of this magnitude cannot be thrown together overnight - there's at least a year's worth of planning and preparation involved in this. The Ayta-sh Shaab incident was simply the excuse needed to feed to a gullible MSM in the USA and elswhere, to "justify" the pre-planned War of Aggression.

Rarely does an image say so much

I believe the traditional prayer is:

"forgive them , they know not what they do"

but here, it feels rather more like:

"forgive them, they care not what they do"

And every adult on the planet should be asking themselves if that applies to them: if we cant be wiser, then how we shall fall

Moral of the story...don't make the mistake of voting a terrorist group into your government. They become fair game. State -vs- state. Maybe next time they'll choose to offer less support to Hezbollah?

I doubt it though...they didn't learn after every other time Israel made them wear their asses for hats. Maybe they're stupid...or just evil? I don't know...what do you think?

I think that if I came to your house and moved myself into your upstairs back bedroom, then started demolishing walls and claimed the bathroom, aswell as the landing and the stairs, you'd be a little pissed off right?

Well now twenty years has gone by and I've got a family. I'll be wanting the rest of the rooms upstairs so you'll have to stay downstairs. Is that okay with you? It's just I need more room now.

Now it's been fifty years, I'm an old man and Ill be damned if this isn't my house, my grandchildren live here and I want you out. I've put a tent up out back where you're going to live, okay?

And listen if you argue with me and try and get back into my house Jay Ref, I'll make you wear your ass for a hat!

Do you actually have a Certificate to prove that you are what you sound like?

Hizbullah came into being as a direct result of the illegal (and equally, with the present event, criminal) Israeli Invasion of the Lebanon in 1982. As an organisation it comes under the 1977 Additional Protocol to the Geneva Conventions. That the Israelis and their north American colony chose to call it a "terrorist" organisation simply betrays their ignorance/prejudice in this - for their shills to repeat this simply places them in the candidate list for the Heinz Fritsche Award.

The Lebanese, or the Palestinians, or the Algerians, or whoever can elect whomever they want - that is actually the democracy that people loudmouthedly proclaim they're trying to export to the Middle East. Hizbullah represents a fair section of the Shiah of south Lebanon, and, after this latest criminal Invasion, probably a good number of Sunnis and Christians as well.

I was told (somewhat sotto voce and in Arabic) by a Christian shopkeeper in the Armenian Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem several years ago, when some Israeli "settler" Hitlerjugend wannabes, barged people out of the way and helped themselves to the produce of his stall, "You know, we all support Hamas here".

You should stop shilling. Actually why not re-read (assuming you've read it before) Matthew 7: 13-20?

Hi catfish. I have a contact at 'The Daily Mirror' who is interested in using the photo's of the Israeli girls signing the missiles. But I would need some source information, is that available? I don't think they would print without.

What do I sound like? You don't make any sense.
Do you actually have a certificate to prove what you sound like? Because you sound like a creepy apologist for a group of international terrorists. You do know that we are currently at war with international terrorist groups?

Wait, no you wouldn't have a certificate...you guys have no such things as uniforms and such. Well news flash Mr. Terrorist sympathizer: Hezbollah is part of the elected government of Lebanon. Therefore when they attack Israel it's not an issue of an ununiformed terrorist group attacking Israel, it's now a matter of an organ of the state of Lebanon attacking the state of Israel.

In other words your friends in Hezbollah have screwed themselves royally. The action by Israel is a proper war by any definition. When one state attacks another, they had better be ready to win. Obviously Lebanon is going to bleed for the folly of voting a group of murdering Persians into their elected government. Maybe next time they won't be quite so quick to vote for Hezbollah?
The Lebanese, or the Palestinians, or the Algerians, or whoever can elect whomever they want - that is actually the democracy that people loudmouthedly proclaim they're trying to export to the Middle East. Hizbullah represents a fair section of the Shiah of south Lebanon, and, after this latest criminal Invasion, probably a good number of Sunnis and Christians as well.
Yup. That's right. The people get to elect whom they want. The people then get to either thrive or suffer by way of the wisdom of their choices. Moral of the story: Make better choices at the polls.
Same with the Palestinians who voted Hamas into government. Now when Hamas commits an act of terrorism...it can be rightly called an act of war.
You should stop shilling. Actually why not re-read (assuming you've read it before) Matthew 7: 13-20?

No, you're evidently not a Christian. I would say you're a liar and a shill for Israel. After this I shall ignore you.

I served in the British regular army; I'll not accept comparisons from supporters of the IDF, possibly the worst and most lawless of the armed militias in the world.

I am not a sympathiser of Hizbullah; I've just been trying to place this as a reasoned discussion. Under ADGC77 Hizbullah and Hamas are legitimate resistance movements. If they resort to terrorist tactics, then that is something to be condemned.

Terrorism is a tactic - a methodology - with very specific justifications. If resorted to too often it usually backfires on its perpetrators, which is why PIRA or the Viet Cong, for example, were very sparing in its use. It is, however, a tactic. It is not an entity in itself.

There has been no legitimate resistance movement in recent years (say, since 1945) that has not used terror as a tactic, but mostly they've fought their 4GWs by usual, and legally acceptable, military means. This applies to Hizbullah and Hamas, too.

The only exceptions to this appear to have been the Stern Gang and the Irgun Zvai Leumi, which never engaged in 4GW but resorted entirely to terror according to the teachings of their guru Jabotinsky.

Nope not a Christian, but I just saw one on tv...seems he's real happy because Armageddon is near and his buddy Jebus will be coming soon!

What's really sad is that human beings have invented invisible friends to kill each other over. The gift that keeps on giving. You want a REAL conspiracy...go look through history to see how religion has been used by it's "leaders" to control the lives of people from the individual all the way up to governments....so don't speak to me of the goodness of Christians, etc...it's all a bunch of baloney.
I served in the British regular army; I'll not accept comparisons from supporters of the IDF, possibly the worst and most lawless of the armed militias in the world.

Bullsh!t.
Terrorism is a tactic - a methodology - with very specific justifications. If resorted to too often it usually backfires on its perpetrators, which is why PIRA or the Viet Cong, for example, were very sparing in its use. It is, however, a tactic. It is not an entity in itself.
And those who utilize it are terrorists. Terrorists get to experience being hunted down and killed. As I type this many of your terrorist buddies are being thusly hunted. At the end of this hunt they will get what they deserve. This is because pissed off Israelis are hunting them, not apathetic Americans. They cannot expect the kindness of a snazzy new jumpsuit and a plane trip to Gitmo from the Israelis who's nation they have been directly attacking. They are reaping as they have sown...
There has been no legitimate resistance movement in recent years (say, since 1945) that has not used terror as a tactic, but mostly they've fought their 4GWs by usual, and legally acceptable, military means. This applies to Hizbullah and Hamas, too.
I really don't care if you describe Hezbollah and Hamas as lovers of cute fuzzy little kittens. They are what they are...murderers who are now getting exactly what they deserve.

Unless your name is Menachim Begin or Ariel Sharon, in which case you get made Prime Minister of Israel.

But let's be fair, they are not the only ones are they. There is hardly a leader in history who cannot be justifiably accused of being responsible for the death of innocents.

The historical culture of murder is the real enemy and one's greatest condemnation should surely be reserved for those who practice it most determinedly. At the moment, although theirs is no monopoly on evil, the leading candidates seem to me to be the Israel/US/UK nexus (I put Israel first because it is my perception that, because of their financial power, Zionists control both the US and UK governments).
However, it is likely that China will outdo us all once they get drawn into the global conflict that our little nexus will create when it shortly gets round to nuking Iran.

By the way Jay_Ref, your eyesight isn't improving.

Is occupying the West Bank ( I prefer to call it Palestine - it sounds soooo less anonymous) an act of war?? Is bulldozing the homes of Palestinians in Palestine (sometimes when they are still inside) an act of war? Anyone with a brain cell knows where all the strife in the Middle East originates and who are the ones defending themselves. Oops - there I go again being anti Semitic. Even though I support the Palestinians who are Semitic. Never could work that one out. Maybe I am being anti and pro Semitic simultaneously!!
