This really is pathetic.
Sky News have shown pictures all day long of a burned out car outside the US Embassy in Damascus.
Apparently it was "filled with gas canisters" and some chaps were shot.
This was originally billed as a car bomb.
They are now saying that this was an Al Qaeeda attack.
So they manage to smuggle nukes into the USA but can only manage some calor gas in their own back yard ?
Does anyone with a brain cell actually believe any of this anymore.

I thought this was quite interesting. The Syrian security forces thwarted an attack on the US embassy losing one of their own and catching one of the terrorists alive.
Firstly, they've removed the opportunity for Bushco to blame Syria for the attack, which could have been a precursor to US aggression.
Secondly, if this was a US false-flag operation then maybe Syria will get to the bottom of it...

Done a bit of background on the alleged terror group behind the attack, Jund al-Sham. They seem a bit dodgy to me!
For a start they originate with Al-Zarqawi from his time in Afghanistan, and exactly what can you believe about Zarqawi since he became propoganda material for the US?
Apparently it is unclear if the Syrian faction is related to the original faction (or any of the other factions), but it is widely suspected that the Syrian group are used by the Syrian authorities any time they want a terrorist-bust photo-op.
Here is the best article I could find on the issue: http://middleeastwonks.blogspot.com/200 ... -with.html
Conclusion: Its more likely this was a Syrian false-flag op than a US one!
