an excerpt from an amazing document written by supposed insiders of the Illuminati/MK ultra. This is about all that's left of this info on the web and my guess is it won't be there much longer. You'll need copy paste the link but it is well worth the info and worth copying to a file and saving as well.
It goes into great scientific detail and names names and places and explains how they pull it off.

This was posted by one Scott Durr (insideinfo911) who claimed to be a runaway victim/perpertrator. He also claimed involvement in 9 11. He posted this at an american yahoo 911 truth group, a few days before he reported being harrassed by black helicopters in a follow up post. The next we knew his wife posted of his sudden death and linked us up to the obituary. and a memorial site. I just found it now backing up through the archives looking for something else.

The appendix is the most informative, it names the names adresses telephone numbers of the major centres world wide and what they do there, the majority American, but here's an excerpt about the Tavistock clinic:
Tavistock, England--This has been the primary programming center for England. The Rothschild programmers work out of Tavistock. A large number of slaves in America have been programmed there. Tavistock has been doing mind-control since before W.W.ll. Under the supervision of London’s W Board & 20 Committee MI6 and MIS’s Section BIA ran double agents and mind-controlled spies/couriers during W.W. II. MI6 has had an office at Century House, No. 100, Westminster Bridge Road. MI5 offices have been in part on Curzon St. MI5 has operated behind a number of fronts, incl. their fake travel agency Casuro Holidays. MI-5’s address for mail is Room 055, The War Office, London. Special Intelligence Service (SIS) dealt with all types of mind control. Tavistock was under SIS. The British government has had their own telephone exchange with a 222 prefix, which was later linked to another secret exchange YTAN. Outsiders could dial 222 8080 to get into the secret govt. exchange.

Men like mind-control expert/hypnotist Eric Trist worked for Tavistock. A six-man team which wore black berets also helped w/ mind control at Tavistock. Two people who became terrorists after their visits to Tavistock are Angela Davis and Stockley Carmichael who went to a conference at Tavistock entitled Dialectics of Liberation in 1967. Its main building is a bland 6-story building.

The address is The Training Office, The Tavistock Clinic, 120 Belsize Lane, London, UK NWs SBA. Tel. no. 071-435 7111. The chief exec. is Anton Obholzer. The Chair of Prof. Comm. is Nicholas Temple. Both are skilled in psychology. The Tavistock Clinic was founded in 1920, and in 1946 the Tavistock Institute was created as an independent body to assist the Tavistock Clinic. The Institute does more of the research.

The Royal Free Hospital at the University of London works with Tavistock Clinic, as well as the Science Policy Research Unit (SPRU) of Sussex University. A large number of Britian’s psychologist, social workers and police get their training at Tavistock. Tavistock has set themselves up as the authority on ritual abuse and MPD (DID). In other words, the primary programming site, is pretending to be the leading institution trying to solve the problem! That’s a good cover.

a quick google on Tavistock clinic is mostly presenting the location as legit, offering help by abuse etc, but plow through the 66,800 hits there are a few attempts at exposing it.

Tavistocks counterpart in the US is called Stabford Research Institute. If you watch episode 3 of the Century of the Self on google video, they film inside SRI.

Much of the preliminary experimentation concerning genetic engineering and behavior modification was conducted by Dr. Josef Mengele at Auschwitz, where he coldly analyzed the effects of trauma-bonding, eye-coloring and “twinning” upon his victims. One reason the question is unanswered is that the energy absorbed by a human from radio waves depends upon the relationship between the size of the human and the frequency of the radio waves. Just as a TV antenna of the right length and orientation picks up the best signal (the most energy) from a transmitted wave, so it is with a human being. It appears that the cranial cavity of a mammal will resonate at specific radio frequencies determined by the size of the brain cavity. At these resonant frequencies the human head will absorb vastly more radiowave energy than it will at other nearby frequencies.

An adult's head will resonate at a frequency between 350 and 400 MHz (megahertz). Being smaller, a child's head will resonate at a higher frequency, somewhere between 600 and 850 MHz. Since each individual may have his or her own resonant frequency, a particular frequency radiowave might affect one person more than another. Consequently, testing on humans--even if people are willing to let this happen--can be rather complicated.

Aside from the question of permanent damage by absorption of too much radiowave energy, there is the issue of how much radiation it takes to temporarily modify human behavior or mental ability. It is suspected that a microwave signal modulated (i.e., pulsed) at the frequencies where human brainwaves operate (1 to 20 Hz) may affect mental processes, even if the radiation is too weak to create substantial heating of the brain.

Quite obviously it is a complicated issue to determine the effects of radiowaves upon humans and other animals. Just knowing the strength of the radio signal a person is immersed in is not enough. Critically important may be the frequency match between the signal and the person's body and whether or not the signal is modulated at a frequency that could match up to a person's brainwave pattern.

Complicating matters even further is the finding that mammals can be made to "hear" pulses of radiowave emission. Pulses at frequencies within a mammal's hearing range can cause periodic healings of the head. These create pressure pulses in the ear that are interpreted as sound. Further, some studies have indicated radiowave effects upon cell processes that could affect the nervous system, the cardiovascular system and immunity to disease. The effects are not necessarily all bad: certain cancers are being successfully treated with radiowaves, and the future of even greater success looks bright.
