There's plenty more than this. How difficult do you think it would be for an agency to steer a hurricane with microwave laser (i.e a mazer) aboard an orbiting satalite? The energy input would not need to be large. Just consider the Chaos Theory conjecture about Butterflies and Hurricanes...

The Infowars link at the top of this thread describes China creating rain 'to clear the air' on 02.06.06.

This link tells of a flood in China on 05.06.06:
