"Biodefense and Pandemic Vaccine and Drug Development Act of 2005"

Lets face it.
9/11 is a lie.
The War on Terror is really a War of Terror.
The potential Avian Flu pandemic has been blown out of all proportions.
Yet these have been spun to justify the creation of a new Federal Agency called BARDA. The bill is yet to be passed by the senate as I understand it. Lets have a look at what this bill entails...

• o financial incentives for domestic manufacturing of vaccines and medical countermeasures against bioterrorism and natural disease outbreaks.
  o liability protections for pharmaceutical manufacturers who develop vaccines for biological weapons.
  o creation of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Agency - the lead agency for the development of countermeasures against bioterrorism.
  o stop the government from buying generic versions of such new drugs or vaccines.
  o prevent public sales of the products designed to be used as countermeasures.

It has been speculated that the agency would have the power to use drugs and vaccines on the US population in secret.

Could this be a step forward in legalising ChemTrails???
Just be thankful you don't live in America... for now.
